Delayed Records Part 1: Only For The Sake Of Aching / Kias Fansuri Split 7″

Already announced for Only For The Sake Of Aching’s tour this summer with Amalthea, after lots of delay, their Split 7inch with the great Kias Fansuri is now available. This is a split release of Synalgie Records, Ape Must Not Kill Ape Records and Still Leben Records. Available in your most beloved distro very soon.

The Third Memory – 2nd LP pre-order

The Third Memory’s second full-length will be released pretty soon. This is a split release of ROK LOK Records, Sadness Of Noise Records, Petit Chantier Records, Desertion Records and React With Protest Records.
The Third Memory are a french band having already released a first lp, a split 7″ with the already defunct Cease Upon The Capitol and another split 7″ with the also already dead Only For The Sake Of Aching. They play screamo with hardcore influences in the vein of Tristan Tzara or even Orchid.
You can pre-order the record already from each label listed above, no info about the price. The record should be send to the pressing plant in the next two weeks, all recordings are done already.

Sadly we have told you that after their european tour with Amalthea one of the best German bands in the vein of Yage announced their end: Only For The Sake Of Aching are dead!
The band has decided not to release their recorded and wonderful new songs for the planned first full-length on Broken Glasses Records, thus these songs will not be released on vinyl anytime soon. We will miss you guys, it was a great time!

22th of July 2008 anywhere in the south or middle of germany

Broken Glasses Releases delayed!

hi friends, both of our upcoming releases are delayed a bit.

The Mr Willis Of Ohio 7 inch, titled “Eure Welt” will be ready in some weeks. The records are already pressed and on their way to us but there was a lot of trouble with the covers so the band and we decided to make the covers by ourselves. As this is a split release of Impure Muzik, Synalgie Records, Moment Of Collapse Records, Ape Must Not Kill Ape Records and us nearly every label will have a different cover of this record. Marianne will have some of the records with here at the Cry Me A River Fest 2008.

The Only For The Sake Of Aching LP will be hopefully released in september. The recordings are not finished yet, and since they are on tour with Amalthea the released is a bit delayed. But expect some big progress for the band and look forward to this LP, it will blow you away. We can’t wait to get this out!

Only For The Sake Of Aching LP on Broken Glasses Records

We can finally announce this: The first full-length of lovely Only For The Sake Of Aching will be released on our label this summer. This will be a split release with Hey Hey Records and Still Leben Records.
We hope to release this lp in time for the upcoming european tour with . You can listen to some test recordings for the lp with the above link.

Great Bands Need Help For Their European Summer Tours In 2008
